Wendigo Art Doll

Handmade fully poseable wendigo child art doll. It measures about 52 cm tall.

The limbs, ears and face have been casted in poliuretane resin from original pieces hand modeled by me and painted with acrylics and pastels. Its arms are casted in platinum silicone and have an articulated plastic and resin armature inside that allows poseability. It must be handled with care, as over-bending of the arms and fingers may end up with the breaking of the inner armature due tu metal fatigue.

The body is made using faux fur fabrics, which are cut and hand sewn following pattern designed by me especially for this creature. This sculpture is fully poseable and can adopt a wide range of poses due to its inner armature made with a plastic ball and socket along the spine and strong wire along legs and arms.

This sculpture has the possibility of swapping its face using different faceplates with different face expressions attached with magnets to the head. Both faceplates are included.

Note this is not a toy but a collector’s piece of art that must be handled with care as it is delicate. An bad use of it can damage the whole piece and repairing it can be difficult.
